It started so simply.
My friends needed makeup. My clients needed makeup. I needed makeup!!
As their makeup artist and unofficial stylist I was expected to resolve this need.
But I couldn’t.
Because I live in Israel. A land of great food, deep spirituality, gorgeous beaches, spectacular wine but no easy way to access quality makeup with genuine customer service.
Especially not for my clientele – intelligent, professional women who prefer to wear makeup without looking like a ‘frecha’ (tart). Who prefer to purchase from a trusted and reliable source rather than being attacked by store vultures in their local Superpharm. And who prefer not to pay double the price for cosmetics just because they are living in Israel.
I want things to be better because let’s face it – makeup should be fun!
My goal is to not only bring a superior product to women all over Israel, but to encourage the expectation of receiving even more-
more customer appreciation, greater simplicity and superior customer service!!
And you know what?
It’s happening, and women are LOVING it!
As an ‘Olah’ (new immigrant) its such a great feeling to actively create a positive effect on the way the Israeli consumer is treated. We know how customer oriented business’s should be run. We know about the power of passion for our customers. We know how far a company can go if it would just focus on the people it is meant to be catering to.
So instead of complaining about the poor customer service, let’s share our valuable knowledge with our fellow countrymen and lead by example.
We all can make Israel better. One eyeshadow at a time.
